A real cheetah hits 100 km/h in about 3 seconds. CTNT went from $1.16 to $0.042 in 3 trading sessions (Sept 11 → Sept 16). Monday the 14th alone was −87%.

The cheetahfound the ATM.

An at-the-market offering lets a company print brand-new shares and sell them straight into the market, a few at a time, at whatever the market pays. More shares, same company, smaller slice each.

When there are too many shares, a company can squash them together. The price jumps, the pile shrinks, nothing else changes. CTNT has done it three times.

This is why our treasury counts its stake against the SEC share count. Not the internet's.

The evolutionof CTNT.
Every few quarters the cheetah finds a new thing to be. Here it is, business by business, as it walked into each one.

Bought Mercedes, BMWs, Porsches and Lexus LX 600s in the U.S. and sold them into China. Shut down March 3, 2025.

Bought a California ocean carrier and moved head office from Charlotte to Irvine.

Bought Super International Trading, a Hong Kong heavy-equipment trader, for about $4.98M cash.

$CTNT is the meme.CTNT is the stock.
$CTNT is a memecoin on pump.fun (Solana, SPL Token-2022). It is not a share, it gives you nothing from Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc., and the company has nothing to do with it. It just has one job: be worth more than the whole company.

Every $CTNT trade on pump.fun pays a creator fee into a public wallet.

The wallet is cashed out and the money buys real CTNT shares at a US brokerage.

Every fill is posted with a receipt. The stake is counted against the SEC's share count.
Dumb
questions.
Is $CTNT the stock?+
No. $CTNT is a memecoin on pump.fun. It is not a share of CTNT, gives you no votes, no dividends and no claim on the company or on our treasury.
Is Cheetah Net in on this?+
No. We have no relationship with the company. Everything here comes from its SEC filings and public market data.
Is the whole company really less than a Lambo?+
That's the price every quote page shows: $121,320, which is the share price times the 3,159,391 shares in the August 10-Q. The company's own Sept 23 filing counts 200,009,391 shares (before the new split). By that count it is worth about $7,680,361, or roughly 31.2 Lambos. We show both, and our treasury only ever uses the SEC count.
What happens on September 28, 2026?+
The 1-for-150 reverse split starts trading. Every 150 shares become one, the price should jump about 150×, and nothing else about the company changes.
Where do the fees go?+
pump.fun creator fees → a public treasury wallet → a US brokerage → real CTNT shares. Every purchase goes on the Treasury page with a receipt.
Is this financial advice?+
No. It's a cheetah in sunglasses.
